Job summary

Teacher Active Limited is seeking KS1 Primary Teachers for Nottingham and surrounding areas. Positions range from day-to-day supply to short-term and longer-term placements with flexible hours to fit your availability.

You will teach Year 1 and Year 2, delivering engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum and maintaining a positive classroom environment across partner schools.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with QTS or QTLS (ECTs welcome).
• Experience in UK primary schools.
• Experience teaching Year 1 and Year 2.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management.

Responsibilities

• Teaching Year 1 and Year 2 pupils across Nottingham and surrounding areas.
• Delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Managing the classroom and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Working closely with school staff to ensure continuity of learning.
• Adapting lessons to meet individual pupils' needs.
• Maintaining high standards of behaviour and safeguarding procedures.
