Job summary

Teacher Active is seeking KS2 teachers to work in Nottingham and surrounding areas. You will deliver engaging National Curriculum lessons for Year 3–6 pupils, manage behaviour, and support pupil progress with a reliable, adaptable approach. Opportunities include day-to-day, long-term, and both short-term placements, with a dedicated consultant and 24/7 support.

Salary is paid PAYE and may include CPD opportunities. DBS checks and safeguarding compliance are part of the process before placement.

Qualifications

• KS2 knowledge and strong classroom management required.
• QTS or QTLS & ECTs welcome; openness to Early Career Teachers.

Responsibilities

• Teach Year 3–6 pupils.
• Deliver engaging National Curriculum lessons.
• Manage behaviour to create a positive learning environment.
• Support pupil progress and learning goals.
• Collaborate with school staff to support students.
