TeacherActive is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a mainstream primary school in Bristol. You will work with teachers to support pupils in KS1, help create an engaging classroom and promote positive behaviour. The role requires experience with primary pupils and a proactive, adaptable approach.

The position is subject to safeguarding and DBS checks and offers a structured onboarding process with ongoing CPD opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a primary school or similar setting.
• Experience supporting pupils across KS1.
• Good understanding of the Primary Curriculum.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with learning across KS1 and assist classroom activities.
