Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting an HLTA for a primary school in Bristol (BS7). The role is full-time, five days a week, temp-to-perm, and involves supporting Year 1 and Year 2 pupils with learning and classroom activities.

The successful candidate will hold an HLTA qualification or equivalent, have experience in a Primary School setting and strong communication/classroom management skills. PAYE payroll applies, with market-leading pay rates and ongoing CPD support.

• Experience within a Primary School setting
• Experience supporting pupils across KS1
• Confidence supporting learning in Year 1 and Year 2
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Positive, adaptable and enthusiastic approach

Responsibilities

• Support learning across KS1 in Year 1 and Year 2
• Assist with classroom activities and work alongside the class teacher
• Provide consistent classroom support to help pupils reach their potential
