Job summary

Protocol Education Limited is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support primary schools across Bristol. You will lead learning, deliver interventions, cover lessons when needed and collaborate with teachers to help pupils reach their full potential.

Ideal candidates may be HLTA experienced or Teaching Assistants ready for greater responsibility, with a focus on promoting positive outcomes, engagement and confidence in learners across EYFS to KS2.

Responsibilities

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
• Leading intervention groups to boost pupil attainment
• Providing targeted support for children with SEND
• Covering classes during teacher absence or PPA time
• Supporting behaviour, confidence, and engagement in learning
• Working collaboratively with teachers and school leaders to achieve positive outcomes
