Job summary

Teach Plus Limited is recruiting a committed Primary Teacher (KS1) to join a welcoming Southall, Ealing primary school. You will take full classroom responsibility for a Year 1 class from the October half-term in a full-time role.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, build strong relationships with pupils and families, and contribute to a positive school culture while upholding high standards of safeguarding and pupil progress.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant qualification.
• Experience as a Primary Teacher (KS1) or in a similar role.
• Strong subject/curriculum knowledge relevant to the role.
• Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the Year 1 curriculum.
• Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment with high expectations for behaviour and pupil progress.
• Assess, monitor and track pupil progress, informing future planning and targeted support.
• Develop strong relationships with pupils, parents, carers and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the wider school team on curriculum development and school improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and safeguarding and professional responsibilities.
