Bidfood UK is seeking a PI Operative to support stock control in our warehouse. You will help manage stock locations, handle date sensitive goods, and investigate discrepancies while working to improve customer satisfaction and KPI achievement.

The role requires a methodical approach, ability to work under pressure, and proactive team collaboration. IT skills in Word/Excel/Outlook are essential, with duties spanning stock management and administrative tasks.

• Attention to detail is crucial for accuracy in stock control.
• Strong IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Manage stock locations and update the system as required.
• Address stock queries efficiently to support customer service levels.
• Maintain control measures to record and sign off inaccuracies.
• Liaise with other departments and depots; handle enquiries and returns.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking with careful attention to detail to achieve results.
• Carry out administration tasks supporting the team, including credit investigation and daily dispatch reporting.
• Action quarantine activity as requested.
• Ensure Health & Safety policies are complied with and maintained.
• Provide support to the Stock Manager as required.
