• Strong stakeholder management across operational and corporate functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end KPI development lifecycle from definition to review.
• Establish reporting standards, governance frameworks and KPI catalogues.
• Act as business owner for reporting domains to drive data quality and accuracy.
• Coordinate dashboard delivery, adoption, and reporting change control.
• Partner with leaders to translate requirements into reporting solutions.
