Job summary

Matchtech is seeking an experienced KPI Report Developer to design, test and deliver large-scale Power BI and KPI dashboards tightly integrated with the main platform and data warehouse.

You will collaborate with BA and clients to translate management information requirements into actionable outputs, drive standardisation of dashboards, and help deliver timely MIS across projects. You will also contribute to architectural decisions and performance tuning for large datasets.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable BI outputs.
• Experience delivering MIS in large-scale programmes and timelines.
• Experience liaising with clients to define requirements.
• Proficient in MS Power BI, SQL, DAX, and data modelling basics.

Responsibilities

• Create and update KPI dashboards aligned to Estates Intelligence standards.
• Collaborate with BA and clients to specify MI requirements.
• Work with KPI Developers to standardise dashboards.
