Job summary

STACK Infrastructure in London seeks a Reporting Manager to lead the controls and reporting function for the delivery portfolio. You will drive executive reporting, dashboards and performance information to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

You will own reporting standards, develop executive dashboards and ensure data quality while collaborating with Delivery, PMO and business stakeholders. The role emphasises automation and reporting excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in project controls, PMO, reporting or project performance roles within major capital projects.
• Background in data centres, construction, engineering, infrastructure, real estate or similarly complex environments.
• Experience preparing executive, programme or portfolio-level reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex project data into meaningful business insight.
• Experience using Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform or similar reporting and visualisation tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of accurate, timely and high-quality project and portfolio reporting across the delivery organisation.
• Own reporting standards, templates and governance, ensuring consistent reporting across all projects.
• Develop executive dashboards and performance reports that provide meaningful insight into KPIs, trends, risks and opportunities.
• Maintain high levels of data quality through robust validation, assurance and reporting controls.
• Partner with Delivery, PMO and business stakeholders to ensure reporting meets operational and strategic needs.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, identifying opportunities for automation and increased efficiency.
• Support the development of Power BI dashboards and other digital reporting solutions.
• Provide reporting expertise and guidance to project teams, promoting consistent reporting best practice.
• Support governance reviews, audits and reporting assurance activities.
• Champion a culture of data integrity, continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
