Executive Network Legal Limited in Cambridge seeks a Corporate Knowledge Lawyer (PSL) to support the national corporate team. You will drive knowledge sharing, develop training, monitor regulatory developments and capture best practice to keep the team at the cutting edge.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years' PQE as a solicitor with a strong corporate background, including Private Equity, M&A, IPOs or restructuring, plus excellent communication and organisational skills and a passion for innovative

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE as a qualified Solicitor or equivalent in corporate law.
• Strong background in corporate law with experience in Private Equity, M&A, IPOs or restructuring.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills; keen on knowledge sharing and training.
• Interest in innovation and future development of legal service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training initiatives across the corporate practice.
• Monitor and research legislative and regulatory developments relevant to clients.
• Capture and share best practice; ensure up-to-date technical resources and know-how.
• Support the firm's corporate strategy and strengthen market reputation.
