Job summary

eNL is seeking a Corporate Knowledge Lawyer (PSL) to support its national corporate team from its London office. The role focuses on developing and sharing legal knowledge, delivering training and keeping up with regulatory changes, shaping high-quality services for clients.

With 5+ years PQE, you will be proactive, commercially minded and skilled in corporate law areas such as M&A, IPOs and restructurings, while contributing to knowledge management and innovative processes across the firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years PQE as a solicitor or equivalent in corporate law.
• Experience in private equity, M&A, IPOs or corporate restructuring is advantageous.
• Interest in knowledge management, innovation and tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop and share legal knowledge across the corporate team.
• Deliver training and development initiatives, monitor regulatory changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and best practice.
