  • Act as a point of contact for routine queries relating to AI tools and innovation initiatives

This is an exciting opportunity to support the firm's AI, legal technology and innovation initiatives, helping the firm adopt new ways of working and realise the benefits of generative AI. This role may be particularly suitable for someone interested in developing a career at the intersection of law, technology and innovation, or a paralegal looking to move into an innovation and legal tech role. This full-time role is based in our Bristol office with considerable scope for flexible working. There may be occasional requirements to travel to any of our office locations. The role

Key responsibilities

  • Support AI, legal technology and innovation projects, helping to drive engagement, adoption and awareness across the firm

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Relevant legal experience or education, such as experience in a law firm or professional services environment, or a degree, qualification or other experience demonstrating an interest in law and legal services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate information clearly and effectively
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about emerging technologies and their practical application
  • A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to build positive working relationships
  • High attention to detail and a methodical approach to organising information
  • Strong IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, and confidence learning and using new platforms
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Experience of using generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Harvey, Legora, ChatGPT, Claude or similar technologies is desirable
