Application deadline: 30 May 2025. Location: Flexible. This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Litigation and Dispute Resolution Knowledge Development Lawyer/PSL or a proactive Commercial Litigator seeking a new career challenge.

The successful candidate will be part of our Knowledge Management team, working closely with the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team to foster a knowledge-sharing culture. The role can be full-time or part-time (4 days a week).

The Team

Our national Litigation and Dispute Resolution team handles complex, high-value cases across various industries, including banking, manufacturing, IT, and energy, with experience in arbitration and ADR.

Key Responsibilities

1. Know-How Support and Development: Develop practice and sector-specific knowledge, monitor legal changes, support fee earners with technical legal advice, and update team resources.
2. Business Development & Client Services: Support initiatives, contribute to publications, and research market offerings.
3. Internal Training: Identify training needs, organize sessions, and arrange external speakers.
4. Innovation/Business Efficiency: Identify legal tech needs, support document standardization, and update resources.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 6+ years PQE in a reputable firm, with an interest in transitioning to a Knowledge Lawyer/PSL role. PSL experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong dispute resolution experience, understanding of knowledge management, arbitration, advocacy, and excellent communication skills.
• Commercial awareness, business development enthusiasm, IT literacy, and interest in legal technology.
