About the job

A leading UK law firm is seeking a Senior Corporate M&A Lawyer to join its team on a 2 month interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior associate to work on high-value transactions in the renewable energy sector, within a fully remote setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support on complex UK and cross-border M&A transactions
  • Draft, review, and negotiate key corporate documents (e.g., SPAs, shareholder agreements)
  • Advise on strategic matters related to joint ventures and investments in the renewables space
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to manage deal execution

About You

  • England & Wales qualified solicitor with 7-8+ years' PQE
  • Background at a top 50 UK law firm
  • Strong experience running large-scale M&A transactions
  • Exposure to or strong interest in the renewables or energy sectors
