Job summary

Lampton Services is seeking a Project Officer to support Building services in delivering capital and cyclical works across the London Borough of Hounslow. Based in Feltham, you will assist with planning, budgeting and scheduling refurbishment projects for kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring drawings, materials and timelines are accurate.

You will help prepare programmes, assist tender processes and provide monthly reporting, while maintaining high standards of customer service and safety across

Qualifications

• Numerate with good communication skills and ability to provide high quality reports weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Proficiency in MS Office and aptitude for other specialist software as required.
• Commitment to equality and diversity in all aspects of the role.
• Ability to work with guidance from others as well as on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Work with Projects Team and external supply chain to prepare scopes and estimates for budget approvals.
• Ensure projects meet cost, time and quality expectations and Lampton Services requirements.
• Plan, coordinate and manage works with attention to contractual obligations and cooperation.
• Ensure major projects are well planned with measurable contractor performance targets.
• Support contractor progress meetings and document outcomes.
• Engage with residents on design and quality, managing expectations and feedback.
• Maintain compliance with Health and Safety and CDM 2015 regulations.
• Assist in reviewing specifications and seeking continuous improvement and value.
