Job summary

Lampton Services in Feltham is seeking a Project Officer to provide a high quality, customer-focused service while supporting Project Supervisors across Building Services. You will help plan and deliver capital and cyclical projects for the London Borough of Hounslow and Lampton Homes, managing small-scale schemes from inception to completion.

The role requires strong numeracy, good communication, and the ability to work with contractors, residents, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Educated to ONC/BTec Level in construction.
• Numerate with good communication skills and ability to provide high quality reports.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and aptitude for other software packages.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Projects Team and external supply chain partners to support Lampton Services budget approvals.
• Plan, coordinate and manage works with contractual obligations and ensure timely delivery.
• Assist tendering process and budget forecasting for capital projects.
• Attend contractor progress meetings and record decisions as needed.
• Engage with residents on design, quality and communicate clearly with customers.
