Job summary

Lampton Services is seeking a proactive Project Officer to support Building Services in delivering annual capital and cyclical works for the London Borough of Hounslow and Lampton Homes.

You will manage small construction projects from inception to completion, assist in planning and scheduling refurbishments, and support budget forecasting and contractor tendering while maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Ideally has construction knowledge and experience in residential maintenance/refurbishment.
• Strong numeracy and ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Supervisors across Building Services to deliver capital and cyclical works.
• Plan, design and schedule refurbishments; ensure drawings and materials lists are accurate.
• Develop work programmes for capital projects and assist with contractor tendering.
• Forecast budgets and contribute to monthly performance reporting.
