You’ll prepare ingredients, cook, plate meals, handle deliveries, and keep the kitchen clean while coordinating with hotel colleagues to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
