Job summary

Premier Inn is seeking a Kitchen Team Member in Chessington/Surrey. You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests enjoy, contribute during breakfast and dinner service, and work as part of a busy kitchen team.

Location is on-site; permanent contract and 24 contracted hours per week. Prior experience isn’t required, and there are opportunities to learn and grow within Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Experience in supermarkets, cafés, pubs or restaurants is common.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock.
• Work closely with hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure each meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
