Job summary

Premier Inn in Ware is looking for a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests rely on during their stay. You’ll work 18 contracted hours per week with shifts including evenings and weekends, and you won’t be hidden away washing up all shift.

This role is open to applicants with or without hotel experience, with training provided and real opportunities to grow within Premier Inn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
