Premier Inn in Caernarfon is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to assist with breakfast and dinner service, prepare ingredients, plate meals and maintain kitchen standards. You’ll work as part of a team to deliver consistent meals for guests, including evenings and weekends, in a busy hotel kitchen.

This permanent role offers 24 contracted hours per week with opportunities to develop culinary skills and knowledge of food safety, while contributing to a smooth guest experience at Premier Inn.

• No hotel experience required.
• Permanent contract with guaranteed hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
