Job summary

Premier Inn Glasgow (Beardsden) is hiring a Hotel Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests. You’ll work as part of a team across breakfast and dinner service, with 15 contracted hours per week at 279 Milngavie Rd, Bearsden, Glasgow.

No prior hotel experience needed. We’ll teach you the rest; you’ll receive training, development opportunities, and see the impact of your work as part of a supportive team delivering meals guests rely on.

Qualifications

• No prior hotel experience required.
• Reliable and enjoys teamwork.
• Willing to learn and roll sleeves up when busy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
