Job summary

You’ll work evenings and weekends, supporting a hotel team to deliver guests a quality dining experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working in fast-paced kitchen environments is helpful.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to busy periods and work as part of a team.
• Ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean and organised for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock as needed.
• Work closely with hotel staff to ensure smooth service.
