Job summary

Whitbread's Chesterfield North Premier Inn is seeking a Kitchen Team Member for 15 hours per week, with pay up to £13.06 per hour. You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests rely on during their stay this role supports a busy hotel kitchen environment.

This permanent contract offers guaranteed hours and training; prior hotel experience isn’t required, with opportunities to grow kitchen skills and food safety knowledge within Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; training provided.
• Shifts include evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work as part of a team and stay busy during service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Ensure each meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
