Job summary

Premier Inn in Slough is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to work 20 hours per week. You’ll help prepare, cook and plate meals for guests during breakfast and dinner, while keeping the kitchen clean and well organised.

This is a fixed-term contract until 31 December 2026 with guaranteed hours, and no zero-hours contracts. Experience isn’t required—training will be provided—and you’ll join a supportive team working evenings and weekends at Slough, near 76 Uxbridge Road.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; willing to learn.
• Reliable team player able to work in a busy kitchen.
• Available for 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organised.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock.
• Work closely with hotel team to ensure smooth service.
