Premier Inn in Dunstable is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals as part of guest stays. The role offers 16 contracted hours per week with an hourly rate up to £13.06.

Shifts include evenings, weekends and busy guest periods. You’ll work with the hotel team to ensure meals are prepared to a high standard, receive deliveries, keep stock in place and help maintain a clean, organised kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
