Slug & Lettuce Edinburgh is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join our busy kitchen. You’ll assist with food preparation, help the Head Chef with orders and stock, and contribute to maintaining a clean, hygienic workspace.

Produce high-quality dishes to specification, oversee deliveries, and share ideas to improve kitchen performance. We value hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a teamwork-driven approach in a fast-paced pub environment.
