Slug & Lettuce in Cardiff Central is looking for a Kitchen Team Member to join our team. You will assist the Head Chef with orders, stock taking and food hygiene, helping to maintain high standards in a busy kitchen.

Produce high-quality dishes to specification, oversee deliveries, and contribute ideas to improve performance. We value inclusivity and teamwork, with flexible working options across our Cardiff venue and wider Stonegate estate.

Qualifications

• A passion for Hospitality and a willingness to learn new skills daily.
• A keen eye for detail and ability to assist with orders and stock checks.
• Experience or focus on food hygiene and maintaining kitchen equipment.

Responsabilités

• Assisting with food preparation.
• Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests.
• Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
• Overseeing deliveries.
