Slug & Lettuce Edinburgh is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join our busy kitchen. You will assist with food preparation, produce high‑quality dishes to spec, and help the Head Chef with orders, stock takes and food hygiene in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

This permanent, full‑time role offers up to £14 per hour, flexible working, staff discounts, and career development opportunities as part of Stonegate Group’s supportive team at Slug & Lettuce on Leith Walk.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Willingness to learn new skills daily.
