Job summary

ibis London Heathrow Airport is seeking a passionate Kitchen Team Member to assist in preparing and presenting high-quality meals across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and room service, while maintaining hygiene and safety standards. You will work closely with the kitchen team, support with stock rotation and mise en place, and perform Kitchen Porter duties as needed to keep the operation running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment desirable.
• A passion for food, cooking and delivering high-quality dishes.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and food safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills through training.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, functions and buffets.
• Maintain high hygiene, food safety and cleanliness standards with the kitchen team.
• Support with stock rotation, mise en place and daily kitchen operations.
• Assist with Kitchen Porter duties as required to ensure smooth operations.
