Job summary

Premier Inn in Glasgow (Cambuslang / M74 J2A) is hiring a Kitchen Team Member for 20 contracted hours per week. The role pays up to £13.06 per hour and is a fixed-term contract until 29 January 2027. Shifts include evenings and weekends as the busy guest periods demand.

You’ll prepare, cook and plate meals, help with deliveries and stock, and work closely with the hotel team to ensure every guest enjoys a great meal. Training is provided and you’ll be part of a supportive kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is not required; willingness to learn is valued.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Reliable, punctual and able to handle busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
