Job summary

Premier Inn Cardiff City Centre is recruiting a Kitchen Team Member for 16 hours per week at up to £13.06 per hour. This fixed-term contract runs until 28 January 2027 and includes evenings and weekend shifts at 10 Churchill Way, Cardiff CF10 2NB.

You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests rely on, while keeping the kitchen clean, receiving deliveries, and working with the hotel team to ensure smooth service. No hotel experience required; learn as you go.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; willingness to learn.
• Reliable and enjoys working with others.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking right.
