Job summary

Premier Inn in Livingston is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals during breakfast and dinner services. You’ll be part of a busy team, ensuring guests receive high-quality meals and a smooth kitchen operation.

The role offers a fixed-term contract until December 2026 with 24 contracted hours per week, with shifts including evenings and weekends. Training and progression are provided to build confidence and skills in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; previous roles in hospitality not necessary.
• Many of our Kitchen Team Members come from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses or customer service.
• If you're willing to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock locations.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Ensure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
