Premier Inn in Kings Lynn is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to prepare, cook and serve meals that guests enjoy during their stay. You’ll work across breakfast and dinner with a focus on teamwork and keeping the kitchen running smoothly.

You don’t need hotel experience—our teams welcome people from supermarkets, cafés, pubs and other customer-facing roles. Training is provided, and there are guaranteed hours with a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; willingness to learn on the job.
• Candidates from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants and customer service are encouraged to apply.
• Reliable and able to work in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
