Job summary

Premier Inn in Keswick is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests. You’ll contribute to breakfast and dinner service, keep the kitchen organized, handle deliveries and stock, and work with hotel colleagues to ensure smooth operations. No hotel experience is required, and training is provided. Flexible shifts include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; welcome applicants from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses or customer service backgrounds.
• You’ll be reliable, enjoy working with others and not mind rolling up your sleeves when things get busy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock appropriately.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
