Job summary

Premier Inn in Kettering is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests. You will be part of a busy team, with shifts including evenings, weekends and peak periods, and you’ll receive training and support from day one.

This role offers a paid, fixed-term contract with guaranteed hours and a chance to develop kitchen skills, food safety knowledge, and teamwork experience within Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• You don’t need hotel experience.
• You might have worked in supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses or customer service.
• What matters most is that you’re reliable, enjoy working with others and don’t mind rolling your sleeves up when things get busy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
