Job summary

Upham Inns is seeking a reliable Commis Chef to join our growing team in Southern England. You will assist in food preparation, help with deliveries, stock rotation, and maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards in a busy pub environment.

The role offers flexible shifts, a pathway to Head Chef, and attractive employee benefits including meals discounts and a share of Tronc up to £5,000 per year.

Chef Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of all sections
• Ability to work under supervision of a limited range
• Ability to produce good quality basic food
• Understanding of health and safety
