Job summary

Premier Inn in Bangor (Northern Ireland) is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals that enhance guests’ stays. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, preparing ingredients, cooking breakfast and dinner, and keeping the area tidy and stocked for the next service.

This fixed-term contract runs January 2027 with 20 contracted hours per week. No hotel experience is required, and we value reliability, teamwork and a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Be reliable and enjoy working with others.
• Willingness to roll up sleeves during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Receive deliveries and stock the kitchen.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organised for the next rush.
• Work closely with hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
