Premier Inn in Carrickfergus is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and plate meals that guests rely on during their stay. You’ll be part of a busy kitchen, preparing ingredients before service and helping the team during breakfast and dinner service.

• Reliable, punctual and adaptable in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock in its place.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Ensure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
