Job summary

Whitbread PLC’s Premier Inn in Carrickfergus is recruiting a Kitchen Team Member. You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests enjoy, from breakfast to dinner service. The role requires a flexible, team‑oriented approach and shifts including evenings and weekends.

No hotel experience is required; we’ll teach you the rest. This is a permanent contract with guaranteed hours and opportunities to develop within Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required, willing to learn
• Reliable, team‑oriented and hands‑on when busy
• Able to work evenings, weekends and busy guest periods

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean and organised for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and manage stock
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking right
