Job summary

Premier Inn Carrickfergus is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests. The role includes early breakfasts, busy dinner services and team collaboration to ensure every meal is served hot and presentable.

You'll work 15–25 contracted hours per week at up to £13.06 per hour, with evenings and weekends included. This permanent position offers guaranteed hours and a chance to grow within Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• Permanent contract with guaranteed hours.
• Over 18s only due to start times.
• No hotel experience required; willing to learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
