Job summary

• No prior kitchen experience required; willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Comfortable with shift work including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable and enthusiastic team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Ensure each meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
