Job summary

Premier Inn is seeking a Kitchen Team Member for the Oxford South Didcot area. You’ll help prepare, cook and plate meals for guests during breakfast and dinner, and keep the kitchen clean and organized for the next service. No hotel experience is required.

Candidates from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants or customer service roles are encouraged to apply. You’ll be part of a supportive team and receive training from day one. Shifts include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; candidates from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants or customer service may apply.
• Reliable, team-oriented and willing to roll sleeves up during busy periods.
• Willingness to learn and develop in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts and cook meals during breakfast and dinner.
• Plate meals and ensure kitchen stays clean and stocked.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock; work with hotel team to ensure smooth service.
