Job summary

Whitbread PLC's Premier Inn Redhill Reigate is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests will enjoy during their stay. You’ll work as part of a busy kitchen team, contributing to breakfast and dinner service and ensuring meals leave the kitchen looking right.

You don't need hotel experience—training starts day one. There are permanent contracts with guaranteed hours, 15 hours per week, and shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• This is a hospitality role focused on teamwork and food service.
• No prior hotel experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
