Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen or food service is helpful.
• Reliable team player who stays calm when busy.
• Willingness to learn and follow kitchen processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organised for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock as needed.
• Work with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking right.
