Job summary

Premier Inn Salisbury is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests. This 20-hour per week role offers up to £13.06 per hour and involves mornings, evenings and busy periods with a friendly team.

You’ll prepare ingredients, cook breakfast and dinner, keep the kitchen clean, receive deliveries and work with hotel staff to deliver great meals. Training is provided, and prior kitchen experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Reliable and able to work well in a busy kitchen.
• Able to follow instructions and stay calm during peak times.
• Interested in learning new kitchen tasks and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organised for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock in the kitchen area.
• Work with hotel staff to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen presentable to guests.
