You’ll work evenings and weekends in a busy kitchen, with a 15-hour weekly contract and pay up to £13.06 per hour. Join a team that supports guests and other hotel staff, helps with stock, and ensures meals leave the kitchen looking right.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
