Job summary

Premier Inn in Guildford is recruiting for a Kitchen Team Member. The role offers a permanent contract with guaranteed hours in a busy hotel kitchen, working 25 hours per week at a rate up to £13.56 per hour.

You’ll help prepare, cook and plate meals for guests, support deliveries and stock control, and work closely with hotel colleagues to ensure smooth service. All training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
