Job summary

Premier Inn is recruiting for a Kitchen Team Member in Hertfordshire. The role is 20 contracted hours per week with pay up to £13.56 per hour. You’ll prep, cook and serve meals, support a busy kitchen during breakfast and dinner shifts, and work closely with hotel teams to ensure guests enjoy their meals.

This is a team-based hospitality role where reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are valued. Full training provided and opportunities to grow within Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• Reliable, able to work as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a busy kitchen.
• No prior kitchen experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and store stock appropriately.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure each meal leaves the kitchen looking presentable.
